What it costs
The intro call and the workflow audit are free. Building one workflow costs $1,500, or $1,000 for our first few clients. An optional care plan starts at $250 a month.

Free
30 minutes on a video call. We talk about your business, what takes too much time, and whether there's anything here worth doing.
Workflow audit
Free
If there's a specific job worth a closer look, we do a 45 to 60 minute screen share with whoever decides and whoever does the work. You get back a one-page map of three workflows, with rough effort, what could be fixed and the best next step. It's yours to keep.
Build
$1,500 per workflow
One workflow, built and tested in your own accounts. Our first few clients pay $1,000 instead, in exchange for letting us write the project up as a case study, with your OK on what we publish.
Care plan (optional)
$250 a month per workflow, or $400 a month for up to three
We check that it's running, fix problems, and send you a short note on what it cost to run.
Extra work
$75 an hour
For anything outside the agreed scope. We agree the task and a cap in writing before we start.
Tools you pay for directly
The software and AI the workflow runs on bill to your own accounts, at the vendors' own prices. Before we build, we tell you which tools it needs and what we expect them to cost each month. Where we can, we use tools you already pay for.
What a build includes
- One workflow, set up end to end in accounts you own.
- A person approves anything that goes to a customer or spends money.
- Testing before it touches real work, including the awkward cases: missing details, duplicates, messages that don't fit.
- An easy way to pause it, and a plan for doing the work by hand if you ever need to.
- A short written guide and a 30-minute walkthrough.
- We time the work before and after, review included, so you can see whether it was worth it.
Common questions
What if a build isn't the answer?
Then we'll say so. Sometimes a feature you already pay for, or no change at all, is the better fix, and the intro and the audit cost you nothing either way.
How long does a build take?
A few weeks for one workflow, depending mostly on how quickly we can test it together.
Is the care plan required?
No. Without it, the workflow is yours to run, and extra help is $75 an hour.
